Getting your Snowman, Kitty, Snake, Penguin or Shark Home
We will do
our best to meet your needs. If you need your Penguin or your Shark to be somewhere for a Birthday, Holiday, or other special event please let us know.
You can alert us to your special request during the checkout process or send a separate email to orders@shop32degrees.com.
Standard Shipping requests will be processed
and fulfilled on the same day your order is recieved (up to 4PM EST). Standard Delivery will be performed through the USPS. Expect 5-8 day delivery. Shipping Costs are calculated on a purchase cost basis, and shipping
charges will be calculated at the time of checkout. Standard Shipping Rates are $4.95 for purchases up to $30, $6.95 for purchase from $31 to $56, $8.95 for purchases from $57 to $85, $10.95 for purchases from $86 to $113, and $12.95 for purchases $114 and above.
Orders will be billed at the time of fulfillment
Orders which have been processed through
our warehouse will be considered shipped, and will be billed to the appropriate credit card.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our product. If within 30 days of your purchase you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition, and we will exchange it for another product of equal value. Color not right? Not a problem...we have
many to choose from. Size not quite right? That's okay too..we can exchange it for you. Simply use the easy to follow steps below.
How do I exchange the item I bought ?
Contact us directly at orders@shop32degrees.com. In your email please include your name
address and/or order number and a telephone number. We will contact you directly to insure your exchange process is as smooth as our
Snowman's Fleece.
If you would rather take care of the exchange yourself--
1.Package the return item carefully into an appropriate shipping container.
Enclose a note
indicating which replacement (style, color, and/or size)you would like.
This is best done right on the invoice which came with
your original order.
We would appreciate any additional information both good and bad that you may want to share with us.
2. Pay to have your package returned with your preferred carrier (United States Postal
Service or UPS)
When we receive you package, we will make the exchange as you have requested. We suggest using some type
of traceable or trackable service. If your package is lost on its way back to us, we will not be able to complete your exchange.
Can I return an Item for a full refund?
Any item can be returned within 14 days of your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition
for a complete refund.
